Dance Fitness is the new way to get your workout.

 

  • Zumba Extreme is our personal brand of Zumba that packs a party in a 45 minute cardio workout. Through the movements of hip hop, salsa, cha cha, merengue, reggaeton, cumbia, flamenco, and more. This class that will teach you the basic steps of these dances while giving you an exceptional cardio workout. Take your workout to the dance floor with a class for any level of dancer, intermediate to in terms of intensity.
  • Zumba Basics is a slower paced class for the beginner trying to learn some of the basic steps. This class will still give you a great workout, but the choreography is easier to follow and designed for the beginner.
  • Hoopnotica is a workout that takes the hula hoop to new levels. A great abdominal workout and a whole lot of fun! This class is open to all levels of hoopers.
  • Belly bolly is a belly dance inspired cardio classes that will get you shaking, popping, and definitely sweating. Also incorporated into this class is bhangra style dance in style of Sarina Jain, a top choreographer and instructor in this style. A great class for any level of dancer, basic to intermediate class in terms of intensity.
  • Hip Hop is a class that involves popping, stepping, and getting down to the latest beats. Great for the legs and for any level of dancer, a beginner to intermediate class in terms of intensity.
  • 80s Rewind takes you back to the days of Material Girl and Footloose. A must for those of you that loved Jazzercise and a great way to get your cardio.
  • Cowboy Cardio is a western inspired dance cardio class that will incorporate great movements to great music. A great class for any level of dancer, beginner class in terms of intensity. You will see this class in our Wake Up and Dance series and in our americano classes.
  • Americano is our swing based cardio class that uses the movements of east and west coast swing, the jive, and lindy hop. A great class for any level of dancer.
  • Burlesque Booty Burn is a class for women to find their inner sensuality and channel it on the dance floor. A fun and flirty workout for any level of dance, beginner to intermediate in terms of intensity.
  • Vintage Burlesque is a workout that puts a jazzy spin on sensual movement. The last part of the workout incorporates a chair for a little fun and a great core workout.
  • Studio Sculpt incorporates the use of weighted balls, resistance bands, small weights, and repetition to tone up the upper and lower body. It is our weight lifting class that will demonstrate proper form for strength training through the use of free weights, bars, and benches. Similar to the format you would find working with a personal trainer.
  • Pilates is a toning workout that centers on engaging the core to control a range of movements that strengthens the muscles, increases flexibility, and tones the body.
  • Yoga creates a stronger body, focused mind, and increased awareness for the world around you. Our yoga classes are geared to all levels and offer a great space to unwind and relax.
  • Cirque Sculpt is our newest addition to the studio using suspended swings to achieve body tone and increase strength. We will use gravity free exercises to shape our muscles, increase flexibility, and practice advanced postures such as inversions. This class is designed for all levels.
